Prior to joining the Detroit Medical Center, she served as Director of Transplantation Immunology at Albert Einstein Medical Center and as Director of the Immunology Center and Histocompatibility Laboratory at Loma Linda University. She has received numerous grants, honors and awards throughout her career.
